Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian live their lives under a microscope, or more specifically a reality TV camera, so it is imperative that they always impress. InStyle got a first hand look into each sisters closet, where there vast collections include Hermes Birkin bags, vintage jewelry, and even some of their grandmothers goodies!
Surprisingly the most stylish sister, Kourtney, has the smallest closet. Don’t worry though she still has room 153 pairs of shoes, 20 of which are Louboutins plus 28 handbags, 63 clutches, and one Hermes Birkin Bag. The eldest Kardashian says that she “loves things with a story,” calling her pieces “little treasures.” Kourtney explains how motherhood has affected her style saying, “Before Mason, my minimum heel requirement was 5 inches.” Now the star seems to have packed her shelves with more mommy appropriate heels. Kourtney even gives a little dirty dish on her famous sisters saying, “Khloe is good about sharing. I could take all her bags and tops and never have to buy a thing! Kim, not so much.”
Kim definitely has no reason not to share. The fashionista has nine Birkin bags and that’s not even the half of it! She also has 318 pairs of shoes, 63 being Louboutins, 142 handbags, and 34 clutches! And as we have all seen on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim is a neat freak so you can bet their is an organized system in place in her closet. “Always use the same style of hangers throughout,” she says and even recommends Real Simple Solutions. Kim is particular about in having things grouped by length, texture, and color — whoa that is a lot to remember Kim! Oh and in case your wondering the actual size of her closet, let’s just say it used to be a guest bedroom!
The youngest Kardashian, Khloe, has managed to collect the most Louboutins of all the sisters with 71. “My grandmother told me that leopard will never go out of style. It’s classic,” says Khloe. She also has three Birkin bags, 51 clutches, and a total of 235 pairs of shoes! Khloe’s trick when purchasing some pumps, “When buying new shoes I ask myself, would I look good wearing them naked?”
While Georgetown Cupcake owners Sophie LaMontagne and Katherine Kallinis hinted at what they were up to in L.A. last week, now we know just exactly what they were baking. The stars of TLC’s “D.C. Cupcakes” were charged with putting together a tasty treat to welcome guests to reality star Kim Kardashian’s nuptials with basketball player Kris Humphries.
Each Kardashian wedding guest received a half-dozen Georgetown Cupcake cupcakes in their hotel room paired with a welcome note, according to the sisters’ publicist. We’re told that guests received one cupcake each of these flavors: red velvet, lava fudge, salted caramel, peanut butter fudge, chocolate coconut and a vanilla with vanilla buttercream frosting. To make the little cakes uniquely Kardashian, each Georgetown Cupcake was topped with a fondant replica of Kim and Kris’ “KK” wedding monogram.
LaMontagne and Kallinis haven’t personally dished about the wedding yet, as they are busy filming the third season of “D.C. Cupcakes” back in Washington this week.
It was the happily-ever-after she always dreamed of.
Kim Kardashian tied the knot with New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries on Saturday evening, her rep confirms to PEOPLE and E! exclusively.
The couple, who became engaged in May after dating for six months, wed at a private estate in Montecito, Calif., in front of 440 guests.
Among them: Demi Lovato, Babyface, Vera Wang, Mario Lopez, Mark Ballas, Ciaro and Carmelo Anthony, Eva Longoria and Eduardo Cruz, Alan Thicke, Maria Menounos, Sugar Ray Leonard, Kathy Lee Gifford, Brit Gastineau, Greta Van Sustren, Jillian Barberie, Brody Jenner and Avril Lavigne, Scottie and Larsa Pippen, and Dina, Ali and Lindsay Lohan.
As stepfather Bruce Jenner walked her down the aisle, Kardashian, 30, donned an ivory custom-designed Vera Wang gown with full tulle skirt, basque waist and hand-pieced Chantilly lace appliqué on the bodice and train. She wore Guiseppe Zanotti shoes.
The groom, 26, sported a made-to-measure white peak lapel tuxedo jacket, black tuxedo pants with white tuxedo shirt and white bow tie – all by Ermenegildo Zegna – and the couple exchanged rings by Lorraine Schwartz, who also designed the engagement ring.
The bride was joined by sisters Kourtney, 32, and Khloe, 27, who served as her co-maids of honor. Younger sisters Kendall, 15, and Kylie Jenner, 14, and Humphries’s sister, Kaela, were bridesmaids. The ring bearer was Kourtney’s 21-month-old son, Mason Disick.
All the groomsmen, including the bride’s brother Robert Kardashian, wore matching black peak lapel tuxedos, white tuxedo shirts and black silk bow ties, again all by Zegna – who also dressed fathers of the bide and groom, Bruce Jenner and William Humphries, in matching black peak lapel tuxedos, white tuxedo shirts and silk bow ties.
For later in the evening, Kim planned two more changes, both Vera Wang ivory dresses, with a Judith Leiber clutch.
The first was a Georgette mermaid gown with hand-pieced Chantilly lace appliqué on the bodice and a skirt with hand-cut organza petals intermixed with Chantilly lace motifs and organza sprig embroidery.
The other Vera Wang dress was a bias-cut crepe back satin gown with V-neck and circle skirt.
At the reception, the groom changed into a black peak lapel Zegna tuxedo, white tuxedo shirt and black silk bow tie, to match his groomsmen.
E! News will air footage from the wedding Sunday at 6 p.m. ET/PT, and a two-part special, Kim’s Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event, will air Oct. 9 and 10, only on E!

If you’re like us though, and actually indulge in a little guilty TV pleasure every now and then with the Kardashian clan, then you are most likely waiting in anticipation to find out as many details as possible about the reality TV wedding of the year. Already rumored to be on the same general scale as the British Royal Wedding, Kim and her mother have been planning the super secret nuptials for more than a month, which probably feels like a ton of time compared to sister Khloe’s 9-day whirlwind!
One thing we weren’t expecting? So much Latin flavor! We chatted with part-Mexican ballroom dancer Mark Ballas from Dancing with the Stars to get the inside scoop on Kim and Kris’s important first dance. “We had a little session. It’s just a sweet moment and they reached out to get some help,” dished Ballas.
But don’t expect a big production when it comes to this special moment for Kim and Kris. “It’s not going to be a full on production or anything,” Ballas added in an attempt to manage expectations. “Don’t expect them to be doing the rumba or anything like that!”
Ballas says they are going for more of a romantic moment and nothing too choreographed. “It’s just a ‘We just got married. I love you…let’s dance,” says Ballas.
